Valve Maintenance Services
MISCO’s Valve Services division provides expert maintenance and testing solutions for major industries and Clients across Saudi Arabia, including Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, Power, and Water desalination Plants. MISCO handles various valve types, including control, gate, globe, ball, plug, butterfly, control, safety valves, and more. We manage valves ranging from 0.25″ to 102″ with pressure capacities up to 1050 bar and safety valves up to 300 bar of air and water. Our advanced facilities include computerized VENTIL Test Benches for Valve and PSV and portable lapping machines for precise testing and repair.
We also offer comprehensive actuator services, including pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, and gas-over-oil systems, working with leading brands in valve manufacturers. MISCO’s workshop equipped with 20-ton and 10-ton cranes, accommodates large-diameter valves, ensuring efficient handling. The team’s expertise covers valve overhauling, calibration, and repair, making MISCO a trusted partner for high-quality, reliable valve services in critical industrial applications.
